The Media Pragma Consultores Group division is a specialize unit in charge of providing services to telecommunications companies and Media (Figure, TV and internet business) and its suppliers. Our focus is to provide added- value services from a professional and objective vision of the needs to cover in the strategic management, operational and technological development of these companies. The division is composed of professionals with proven business knowledge, their needs and problems and technologies to bear, knowing the current regulations.

What difference our services?

Profiles versatility for work teams armed, which facilitates the approach of the different problems to be presented to us. We have trained profiles in frames of industry reference, such as TL9000, Marco eTOM, etc. Process reengineering collaborating in the business process so as to support new services, taking as a starting point the best practices and previous experiences in the main business processes areas (Corporate Management, Strategy, Infrastructure and Product Support to the operation).
