The business unit dedicated to Quality Assurance has more than 70 specialized professionals and hundreds of developments and software products that have been successfully tested on complex applications in leading companies in different vertical markets. The aim of this business unit is to help realize successful projects for our customers, providing an independent and trustworthy approach of quality, but also adding value to their businesses.

These projects development is conducted with efficiency and efficacy. Our internal processes are mature and consolidated, and we provide monitoring and internal consulting services for the projects in such a way that we ensure the same quality in all the services. Grupo Pragma Consultores has developed a unique know-how that allows us to add value in all of our services, reaching a positive balance between the costs and benefits of adding quality assurance and control to software development projects.

The projects carried out by the Quality Assurance business unit range from the creation of QA strategies and plans (high level) to the definition and execution of specific tests (low level). In every case, we use our own methods which we have perfected throughout years of experience, as well as our own support tools and market tools. We have gained wide experience in the verification and validation of the different software elements built throughout the development process such as requirement specification, architecture, design, test plans and strategies, functional and technical manuals.

The amount of knowledge and experience we have gained from the very origin of the group has led to the creation, in the year 2000, of our own QA-Factory®, the first software quality assurance and control factory in the region, which was ISO 9000:2000 certified in 2003 for all the services it provides. The work methodology and internal processes for service delivery are aligned with theCMMI® standards, enabling our customers to obtain significant synergies for their QA group mounting and CMMI® related process improvement initiatives. This certification was extended to cover all the functional testing, code reviews, technical quality, and usability testing services provided in Argentina, thus confirming the group’s drive for continuous improvement and search for excellence.
