Miguel Felder holds a Ph.D. in IT Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy; a master’s degree in Information Technology from the CEFRIEL (Research and Educational Center for Information Technology), Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy; and a bachelor’s degree in IT from the ESLAI (Latin American Superior School of IT), Argentina.
He was a Technology Manager for the SIGA Project at Telefónica de Argentina and Development Manager and Researcher for CEE’s Projects.
Author of over 50 technical reports, presentations and papers for conventions and specialized journals. Member of technical committees at international symposia (ACM, IEEE), conferences and panels, both locally and internationally (ICSE, ICECCS, among others). |

| Nelson Sprejer |

Nelson Sprejer holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
At Pragma Consultores, he has led numerous projects on project management and control, IT strategic, master and system plan design, outsourcing control, methodology and quality planning, technological strategy, productivity metrics for software processes, etc.
He has directed Information Technology departments at leading Argentine companies. He has served as a lecturer in seminars, courses and conferences at different academic and business institutions, and he has also taken part in numerous updating courses and conventions on his field of expertise. He has been a regular professor of Software Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires. |

| Daniel Yankelevich |

Daniel Yankelevich holds a Ph.D. in IT from the University of Pisa, Italy, and a bachelor’s degree in IT from the ESLAI, Argentina.
He has participated in Consulting and Software Development and Implementation projects for several major Argentine companies, including Repsol YPF, Citibank, Banco Santander, and Movicom Bellsouth, at Pragma Consultores and previously as a freelance consultant.
CTO for Dolphin Interventures, an investment company of the IRSA Group. Author of over 50 papers and presentations for specialized journals. Member of technical committees at international symposia (ACM, IEEE), conferences and panels, both locally and internationally (ICSE, IWSSDD, among others). He has served as a regular professor of Software Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires, and as a visiting professor at other universities and centers. Head of research projects and projects in collaboration with foreign countries, including a stay at the Hewlett Packard Pisa Science Center. |

| Ricardo Rosenfeld |

Ricardo Rosenfeld holds a bachelor’s degree in IT conferred by the National University of La Plata, Argentina. He completed his master course in Computer Science at the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.
At Pragma Consultores, he has led numerous of projects on project management and control, outsourcing control, methodology, quality control and technological strategy, both in Argentina and abroad.
He was previously Head of Methodology and Architecture within the IT Systems Management at Telefónica de Argentina.
For several years now, he has been an undergraduate level professor of computer theories and program verification and validation at the National University of La Plata. He has also taught at the Latin American Superior School of IT (ESLAI) and at the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel, and was awarded a fellowship from the Commission of Scientific Research of Buenos Aires (CIC). He has produced various publications for both national and international conventions. |

| José Ramón Jiménez |

José Ramón Jiménez holds a bachelor’s degree in IT from the Latin American Superior School of IT (ESLAI). He was a professor at the Universidad Nacional del Sur (National University of the South), Argentina and at the ESLAI.
He specializes in Software Project Management, Databases, IT Security, Communication Networks and Technologies.
He has led and taken part in numerous software development and technological consulting projects for Repsol YPF, Citibank, Movicom Bellsouth, TGS, Tecpetrol, and Telefónica. He previously worked as a Development Manager at a software company in the health industry. |

| Adrián Fiz |

Adrián Fiz has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science conferred by the University of Buenos Aires. He joined Pragma Consultores in 1998, where he has led and taken part in various projects for leading companies such as: Techint, Grupo Santander, Banco Galicia and Telecom, among others. He was previously head of the software development and technical area at the Foreign Trade Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Economy. He has attended important courses on IT Management, Information Technology and Project Management both in Argentina and abroad. |

| Mónica Bobrowski |

Mónica Bobrowski earned a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Torcuato Di Tella University and a bachelor’s degree in IT from the Latin American Superior School of IT (ESLAI). She was in charge of the Project Management and Control Area at Grupo Pragma Consultores until the year 2006, managing a portfolio of over 20 projects and over 80 consultants providing Project Management services within the region.
She has broad experience in managing areas and people’s development, over 15 years of experience in developing, coordinating and managing various sized projects, as well as in the fields of university teaching and research. She has produced several publications presented at international conventions and written book chapters on software engineering and project economic assessment. The main clients she has worked for have been: Repsol YPF, the Ministry of Justice, Aguas Argentinas, Omega and Edenor. |

| Ernesto Kiszkurno |

Ernesto Kiszkurno joined Pragma in 1996 and was the Software Quality Assurance Services Manager until the year 2006. He has taken part in several projects related to the whole range of services offered by the company: IT Strategic Consulting, Project Management, Outsourcing Control, Suppliers Selection, Software Development, Methodology and Software Quality Assurance.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in IT conferred by the School of Exact and Natural Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Torcuato Di Tella University. He served as a professor of subjects related to Algorithms, Data Structures and Software Engineering, at the School of Exact and Natural Sciences. In addition to this, he has been an instructor and teacher in various spheres (postgraduate courses, lectures, conferences and other courses).
He has worked for leading companies such as Repsol-YPF, Grupo Telefónica, Grupo Techint, Movicom Bellsouth, OSDE, Edenor, Interbanking, Citibank, Banco Galicia, Grupo Clarín and Tecpetrol. |
