Within the line of Technology Consulting services we offer the creation of Technological Roadmaps (from selecting the products or technologies to their adoption strategy), Software Architecture services (including definition, assessment and mentoring) and Technical Quality services (including diagnosis, stress tests, performance assessments, volume tests, etc.). Our Technology Consulting services are different because we combine a strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand the business context where our service is provided, and because we are particularly methodological in the way we do our job.

In our services of Software Engineering Tools Implementation, our traditional methodological strengths and our technical solution implementation capacity play a key role.

We know the Software Engineering processes as we have been providing process methodology and improvement services for years, and this enables us to see the tools into context and leverage them to the fullest extent. On the other hand, we have the technical knowledge to implement market leader packages including Microsoft EPM and the Rational family, among others. We know that the process and the tool are to be seen altogether and never in isolation. Our approach, technical knowledge and software engineering experience is what makes us different and enables us to obtain implementations that really cater to our customers’ needs.
